Dean Elliott, PLC became of counsel to the Firm in 2001. He specializes in complex civil litigation, business formation and commercial transactions. Mr. Elliot was educated at Wayne State University, where he received a B.A. History/Sociology 1989, and graduated from the University of Detroit, with Juris Doctor in 1993. He was the President of Hamtramck Commercial Property, Inc., from 1993 to 1998, where he conceptualized, constructed and operated a successful entertainment venue while managing the business and commercial aspects of the enterprise.
From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Elliot was an associate attorney at Ernst & Associates concentrating on complex civil litigation. Since 2001, Mr. Elliot has been the principal of Dean Elliott, PLC, concentrating on complex civil litigation including business formation and commercial transactions and civil rights litigation specializing in police misconduct matters.
