Background
Rachel Wisley is Of Counsel to the Rasor Law Firm and principal member of The Wisley Law Firm, which she founded in 2009. Rachel began her legal career at the large, national law firm Dykema Gossett where she represented major corporations in products and premises liability cases.
In 2004, Rachel joined Kickham Hanley P.C., where, after only four years of practice, she was selected by the partners of her firm to argue on behalf of client with a multi-billion dollar claim before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Rachel also expanded her trial practice and successfully tried both bench and jury civil cases, obtaining numerous judgments and favorable settlements on behalf of her clients. In 2007, Rachel joined the Auburn Hills, Michigan law firm McAlpine & Associates, where she widened her practice to include residential and commercial construction disputes. There, she handled multi-million dollar claims on behalf of construction contractors in private and municipal projects.
