Mr. Torres is responsible for drafting motions and opinion letters, researching legal issues in criminal, civil, commercial, and corporate liability, and filing routine motions and complaints in State and Municipal court. Other areas of expertise include conducting client interviews, arguing motions in court, and participating in facilitation and mediation conferences.
Prior to joining the Rasor Law Firm, Mr. Torres worked for Gunty & McCarthy in Chicago. His responsibilities included drafting motions and opinion letters, researching legal issues in toxic torts, civil, commercial, and corporate liability, and filing routine motions and complaints in Federal, State, and Municipal court.
Mr. Torres' other experience includes Costello, McMahon & Burke, LTD. His responsibilities included drafting motions, interrogatories, and summons for various personal injury cases, researching legal issues involving in such cases, and filing routine motions and complaints in Federal, State, and Municipal court.
