Brief History of the Firm

The Rasor Law Firm was founded by James B. Rasor, Esq. in 1994 to provide a comprehensive and diverse practice environment in a community-based setting. We have had extensive experience in working with both business entities and individuals to solve diverse legal problems and/or issues. This has provided the practice a broad perspective on the practice of law in general, and specific experience in a broad range of legal matters for business, including insurance defense and coverage, real estate acquisition and financing, landlord/tenant law, commercial transactions and contracts, administrative law, criminal law and general, trial and appellate practice.
